What are your Pass rates ?
Our Pass Rates for the C+E and C are around 82%. This is exceptional when you consider that the national average is below 50%.
Pass rates for C1 & D1 are even higher around 90/95%
What’s the difference between a Driving School like ours and a “Broker”
Brokers are companies that have no vehicles / no trainers etc. They advertise heavily and rely on people paying them over the odds so that they can try and place that “booking” with an affiliated training school.
We do not use brokers to find our pupils and we wouldn’t ever recommend using them
Which Categories of HGV / PCV Do you cover ?
We train people in the following Categories :
C+E (Articulated Truck – Class 1)
C (Rigid Truck (Class 2)
C1 (7.5t Truck / Van)
D1 (Mini Bus)
D / PCV (Bus)
How long have go!driving been established ?
go!driving started in 2000 teaching car lessons. Car & Trailers courses were soon added and eventually the HGV Training School was developed. The companies founder was the original ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) and he now overseas the entire operation as well as getting involved in some of the training courses himself.
Some of our instructors have worked at other driving schools such as Tockwith Driving School and M&T Training. Whilst others have vast experience in the world of being a trucker and have spent many years on the road before embarking on a slightly different career.
